Fisher Investments Europe (FIE) International Marketing provides high-quality leads to Fisher's sales team in the UK and Continental Europe. FIE International Marketing is at the very start of a prospective client's journey, managing the first messages they see online or offline. FIE International Marketing inspires the engagement that makes prospective clients want to learn more about Fisher and become a client.

The Opportunity:

The FIE Netherlands/Belgium Marketing Country Manager plans, executes, and evaluates campaigns for their country. This includes analysing data and trends, identifying and setting up new tests, closely following P&Ps and legal/regulatory requirements, and communicating wins and losses for all channels FIE International Marketing may run such as Internet, Print, etc.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Implement marketing campaigns through a variety of channels with a primary focus on digital and print and the potential for more as the market requires
  • Work with existing and develop new relationships with external vendors
  • Analyse and review previous campaign results to identify areas to improve future campaigns
  • Monitor Fisher's competitive landscape and propose new ideas to keep Fisher competitive
  • Understand trends unique to the Netherlands/Belgium markets and prospects to help tailor FIE's marketing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Support to make sure FIE is meeting the needs of the Sales team
  • Freedom to identify, recommend and implement ideas and improvements in a growing business

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience with direct response, performance marketing
  • 2+ years' with strategic decisions regarding media buying/planning
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Results driven and excited by the ability to analyse the results of decisions you've made
  • Approach problems with the intent of solving
  • Enjoy collaborating and communicating with many different groups
