The Opportunity:

The Operations Analyst will manage select processes and projects targeted at enhancing the operational strategies which directly impacts our ability to effectively service all of our clients across Europe. You will help identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and manage developmental phases from envisioning through deployment to ensure Fisher Investments Luxembourg (FIL) Operations, and the groups supported by it, are functioning properly and achieving business goals.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support FIL Head of Operations by developing, analyzing and managing reporting on operational activities
  • Oversee FIL new client on-boarding activities ensuring a reliable and scalable process
  • Act as a Project/Programme Manager for recurring and ad hoc projects, process changes and system implementation/integration
  • Coordinate with FIL Compliance on regulatory activities, data collection/analysis and filings
  • Support the Internal Audit activities
  • Oversee the outsourced functions delegated to partner groups
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings and sub-committees
  • Organise, manage data input and analysis
  • Regular interfacing with client service and sales team in UK and Europe

Your Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years' experience in the financial industry in Europe
  • Highly developed qualitative and quantitative skills
  • Proven experience improving processes and solving problems
  • Can interact and collaborate with all levels of an organisation, including executive leadership
  • Advanced project, organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software
  • A team player who will excel in a growing environment
  • Eager to work in a collaborative environment to support high-volume output
  • Manage complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelines
  • English fluency
