The Opportunity:

As the Content Manager on our 401(k) Solutions team, you will establish a content vision and develop compelling content to communicate important selling points regarding retirement services for our prospect audiences and develop compelling educational content to communicate retirement readiness and retirement plan support to our client audiences. Reporting to the Team Lead, Prospect and Client Experience, you will become a go-to for content development and business writing. You will use data-driven insights to support your work and build engagement-generating, prospect and client content.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Establish a content vision that supports sales, marketing, and client services:
    • 50%: Content development and copy writing
    • 25%: Content strategy
    • 25%: Content execution
  • Develop short-form and long-form copy that inspires action and interest of products and services and educates target audience on retirement plans and financial wellness topics
  • Apply an understanding of grammar and Fisher style guide to all writing to ensure only quality work goes out the door
  • Ensure all creative fits Fisher's messaging strategy and speak to our prospect's and client's retirement needs
  • Work with management to understand projects, timelines and general project prioritization and ensure agreement with key business partners
  • Serve as a communication mentor for junior team members
  • Build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing strategies
  • Manage partner creative agencies including the development of content and graphic design

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience B2B copy writing, content creation and client communications experience; Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ year experience developing and creating content strategies for marketing and communications teams
  • 2-5 years of agency experience or client focused content development
  • Documented success with written and spoken communication strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for business writing, client communications, marketing and sales copy
