Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of key aspects of projects within the area of SAP Basis including SAP HANA & S4/HANA Services. Plan and coordinate SAP maintenance activities like OS patching, OS/DB Migration, System copies, upgrades, and releases in coordination with other teams. Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, EHPs, HANA revision updates, transports). Monitor and maintain SAP system environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA and Production). Manage SSO using SAML. Manage S/4 HANA system sizing including HANA DB. Manage integrations with MBC, ARIBA, SLT/CFIN.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience implementing and administering applications in SAP, including large complex SAP environment projects. Also requires 2 years of experience: resolving performance tuning issues specific to S4/HANA and HANA; planning and executing SAP HANA landscape design, architecture, setup, sizing, data volume management and troubleshooting; and delivering SAP upgrades and migrations. Requires 2 years of experience implementing SSO for web-based access on NetWeaver Application servers using SAML, Logon Tickets, and X.509 Client Certificates. Requires 2 years of experience configuring MBC, SLT/CFIN, and ARIBA. Position reports to office in Plano, TX. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
