We are looking for an SAP Team Lead to support our Corporate Services Technology team. The Opportunity:

As SAP Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our SAP projects. You will report to the Vice President of Corporate Services Technology to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
  • Develop and implement SAP strategies to refine processes, improve efficiency, and increase business growth
  • Manage SAP projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Stay current with SAP trends and best practices, and continuously enhancing our SAP infrastructure

Your Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and customization including 7 years of directly managing a SAP team
  • Strong technical proficiency with S/4 HANA FICO module
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems like HANA DB/ SAC / ARIBA / Concur
  • Experience successfully managing SAP teams and projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
