Employee Engagement Project Manager (2018-6101)

Job Description


As the Employee Engagement Project Manager you will play a critical and highly trusted role in telling the firm’s story of who we are, what we value and our culture to employees and candidates. You will have the opportunity to learn the creative process while collaborating daily with copywriters and designers on a wide variety of projects. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication plans and assist with branding initiatives while building processes, content archives and more. Through this experience you will develop a deep understanding of Human Capital, integrated talent management, our employee proposition, our culture and our employer brand.


What you’ll do:
•Oversee technical and change management projects, internal and external marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
•Oversee project management process (scrum board, project management software…)
•Oversee the employee engagement survey strategy including recommending which surveys to partake in, administration, organization and analysis, sharing results and promotion of such results with appropriate management
•Build a database of questionnaire responses to make finding and approving answers easier and more consistent
•Project manage advertising and other marketing materials for Human Capital as appropriate
•Manage the communication plans for new Human Capital initiatives partnering with groups like Organizational Development, Learning and Development, HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing
•Communicate with business owners, updating them on the creative process and facilitating approvals as needed


What you already have to be successful:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Can communicate complex messages in writing and verbally
•Project Management experience highly encouraged–preferably traditional, waterfall and/or agile methods
•Understanding of Benefits Realization Management preferred (i.e., managing to the true impact of a project)
•Strong understanding of process mapping
•Strong ability to collaborate with business partners, graphic designers and writers to drive deliverables
