The 401(k) Solutions Inside Sales Team is expanding! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment while gaining valuable business and sales experience. You will be part of a developing team of SDRs who will directly impact the success of our company.

 

As an SDR, you’ll build out targeted prospecting lists, run a high volume of outreach, make connections with decision makers at companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, and generate new business opportunities for our Business Development Executive team.

 

A successful Sales Development Representative embraces challenges and change, considers themselves a people person, and has a natural curiosity to learn about others and their needs.

The retirement plan space can be a complex and confusing market for small businesses to navigate. Our mission is to work with small businesses to better their employee retirement plan, reduce their investment related liability, and create transparency in plan costs. It requires providing phenomenal service to businesses and their employees, as well as acting in our clients’ best interest while raising the standard of excellence in our target market.

•College Degree (or proven Sales track record)
•Motivation to connect with as many businesses as possible over the phone
