Overview

As the Recruitment Marketing Events Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to oversee and refine the candidate generation strategy. We are seeking a team leader in the recruitment space to help us to improve upon and build out a Programs and Events strategy. This role requires both people and project management through exciting initiatives including: campus recruiting, professional events, technology, marketing and our Internship Program. You will have the ability to work cross functionally with our Digital Recruitment team to help boost capabilities. Your team consists of a group of high performers who will rely on you for high-level, data-backed decision-making and coaching to help them effectively execute events across the country.
 
What you’ll do:
•Develop new event strategies and lead your team through implementation
•Evaluate program success and provide recommendations for improvements
•Analyze problem areas/risks and proactively plan for such obstacles
•Actively work toward the development of team members and the group through goal-setting, skill development, innovative thinking and testing ideas
•Set tasks, assigns responsibilities and manage deadlines for group member; oversee execution and completion
•Some travel required

What you already have to be successful:
•A passion for recruitment
•3-5 years experience in event management
•Experience managing others
•Enjoyment of leading and coaching others
•Thrive when defining targets and implementing plans to meet those needs
•The ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
•The ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of employees and managers
•Experience in the art and science of project management
•Comfortability with data analytics and visualization through Excel
•Exceptional judgment and discretion
•Knowledge of how to structure and deliver an impressive presentation
•The capability to easily identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
