The Day-to-Day:

  • Engage company executives, owners, and plan sponsors to coordinate consultations for our Retirement Plan Consultants.
  • Manage campaigns to increase awareness and credibility with existing prospects.
  • Build your sales skills, financial services knowledge, and career experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • History of setting and exceeding personal goals for effort and results.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor conversations to the
    clients’ needs.
  • Ability to read between the lines to uncover the needs of a prospective client.
  • Embrace base + results-driven compensation which can lead to more vertical earnings.
