We are now seeking a highly talented Identity & Access Management Specialist to join our team. This position will be located in our Camas, WA, office (near Portland, OR). This will be a contract-to-hire or direct hire opportunity.

The Day-to-Day:

  • The Identity & Access Management Specialist is a member of the Information Security Identity Access Management team, reporting to the Team Lead of IAM. 
  • The Specialist is responsible for fulfilling access requests, analyzing access risks and assisting in improving the Identity Access process. 
  • As a hands-on team member, the IAM Specialist will work with the IAM team and handle higher complexity types of requests while staying committed to maintaining a high level of security for information systems.  
  • The Specialist will have broad knowledge in the use of information security processes and tools (e.g. access management software, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy Management, case tracking systems, etc).
  • The position requires a background within an IT discipline in a global enterprise environment such as IAM.
  • The successful candidate needs to enjoy a fast paced, high growth, detail oriented, tight knit team environment where input is valued and success is rewarded.


Operations 90%

  • Fulfilling simple and complex access requests
  • Troubleshooting access issues
  • Case management
  • Case escalation
  • Analyzing current access to determine risk levels


Projects 10%

  • Work with IAM team to determine efficient and effective ways to fulfil repeating access requests


Your Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work independently demonstrating risk assessment and mitigation expertise in IT or IS
  • Must be detail oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective workload prioritization
  • Must be a team player and able to work effectively with co-located and remote team members
  • 3-5 years (minimum) experience in the field of operational information security in one or more of the following areas: identity management, access management, risk analysis, or IT incident response
  • If total operational information security is less than 5 years, 5-7 years in an area of information technology in at least one of the following areas: systems administration, application support, or analysis
