Overview

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will play a pivotal role in our 401(k) Solutions business by giving our Sales Teams the ability to be more productive and efficient. You will review and implement new processes and make improvements accordingly. The sales operations’ responsibilities are to discover high-level, notable, strategic findings, and learn how to transform them into significant strategies and use them to help sales reps, managers, and VP to hit their targets. This is the role for you if you enjoy problem-solving, are process oriented, and passionate about understanding how things work.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Review and analyze all CRM system infrastructures within the 401(k) division to support the sales team in increasing productivity and efficiency. This includes understanding current system setup and leveraging external knowledge of how Salesforce CRM systems communicate.
  • Introduce new concepts and ideas of how we can clean up our current Salesforce system and automate CRM capabilities.
  • Minimize administrative functions and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work with VP of 401(k) Solutions Inside Sales and Sales Managers to understand the “why” behind the sales team process and initiate thought provoking questions.
  • Map out and optimize standard processes for leveraging technology.
  • Develop a scalability plan for 401(K) solutions with regards to Salesforce CRM capabilities.
  • Gain experience dealing with ambiguity, with lots the opportunity for change and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a technology focused, sales oriented environment.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce CRM systems required.
  • Automation tools and other CRM system experience preferred (Outreach, Salesforce –Marketo, Radius, Domo).
  • Strong track record of problem solving and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Fundamental understanding of sales fluidity, specifically in reference to minimizing administrative functions and maximizing sales production.
  • Process oriented and data focused mindset with proven results in a B2B sales oriented environment.
