As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment while gaining valuable business and sales experience. You will be part of a developing team of SDRs who will directly impact the success of our company.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll run a high volume of outreach, make connections with decision makers at companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, and generate new business opportunities for our Business Development Executive team.


A successful Sales Development Representative embraces challenges and change, considers themselves a people person, and has a natural curiosity to learn about others and their needs. In this role you’ll get exposure to the inner workings of the 401(k) world and its platforms. You’ll be part of a dynamic team environment and receive significant training to support you.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Engage company executives, owners, and plan sponsors to coordinate phone consultations for our Business Development Executives.
  • Manage your personal sales pipeline through various email and
    calling campaigns.
  • Increase your attention to detail.
  • Build your communication and prospecting skills.

Your Qualifications:

  • College Degree (or proven Sales track record).
  • Motivation to connect with as many businesses as possible over the phone.
  • Desire to help improve an underserved market.
  • Strong communication skills and strong conversationalist.
  • Passion to be part of a rapidly growing team helping thousands of Americans with their retirement readiness.
