Do you thrive when faced with a new problem and get excited to figure out a solution? As a portfolio implementation associate you will have an opportunity to learn about our investment process, enhance your operational and analytical skills, and provide internal support to our client relationship managers. This role is in our Portfolio Management Group, which supports the investment process, from ideation to implementation, offering a diverse range of opportunities for engaging work and professional growth.


As a member of the Portfolio Implementation Team you will take the asset allocation recommendations and investment decisions made by the Investment Policy Committee and generate orders for our private client portfolios, to be executed by the Trading team. Our mission is to maintain the integrity of new and existing client portfolios by generating transaction orders consistent with the proper recommendations to help our clients hit their long term goals.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Generating orders for daily account maintenance, investing cash additions and generating cash for withdrawals   
  • Coding and manually building out new client’s portfolios
  • Processing client trade requests
  • Serving as points of contact for Investment Counselor teams to provide trade rational and recommendations for client requests

  • No prior experience required - we focus on transferable skills
