Client Event Coordinator (2018-7334)

Job Description


Our Client Programs Team coordinates local in‐person events for clients in cities across the country. These programs provide unique access to senior members of the firm and to other FI clients. Programs include Fisher Forecast Seminars, Fisher Friends Events, Investment Roundtables, and Client Conference Calls. Team members are involved in all aspects of program planning such as scheduling events, negotiating contracts, managing the invitation process, directing day‐of logistics, budgeting, and coordinating with various internal groups.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Manage client attendance to seminars
  •  Prepare presentation folders and fulfillment kits and monitor related shipments
  •  Monitor printing and fulfillment of program materials
  •  Monitor inventory of program supplies, regularly placing and receiving orders
  •  Identify potential problems, elevate appropriately, and recommend solutions
  •  Perform other tasks and projects as assigned


Your Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required, but experience in sales is preferred
  • An unrelenting work ethic
  • Track record of success
  • Stellar communication abilities
  • Drive to succeed
