Global Email Marketing Specialist (2018-7511)

Job Description


As the Global Email Marketing Specialist, you will support Global Marketing’s entire email channel worldwide. This position is responsible for the tactical and quality aspects of our email campaigns and includes campaign set-up, QA, testing, troubleshooting technical issues related to templates, landing pages, and links. Our presence in the US is sizable and we are just starting our email capabilities overseas. This means we need your help in project management, a ton of coordination and process improvement to ensure our email campaigns are reaching the right people with the right message- at the right time.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Work directly with cross- functional teams and departments including US Marketing, International Marketing, Data and Operations and Creative teams to build assets and follow best practices
  • Identify and execute testing plans to continuously optimize creative, the marketing offer, subject lines, content, template formats, cadence and timing for US and international campaigns
  • Analyze current email marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
  • Troubleshoot and QA all emails proofs to ensure the correct templates, links, landing pages and other aspects of email execution to ensure quality and a great prospect experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate results
  • Assist in building processes and establishing documentation
  • Support and execute email and campaign set-up including deployment
  • Improve open-rates, click-through rates and conversion by overseeing daily email operations


Your Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in marketing, communication, business, economics or related field
  • Project management and operational experience (including coordination)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and/or email service providers a plus
  • 1+ year of marketing experience, preferably in email marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented, quality-focused, and proactive
