The Opportunity:

Fisher Investments is seeking an experienced Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) Consultant to join our 401(k) Solutions Team. Your opportunity to make an impact in a high growth firm has never been better!

 

As the MEP Consultant, you will oversee the go-to-market strategy, development, and growth of our MEP program. You will help develop our MEP product along with management and internal resources. You will develop and be responsible for our marketing and distribution strategy. You will help develop MEP partnership opportunities to drive growth of our MEP business.

 

Our MEP Consultant will build and drive the process for engaging and partnering with industry associations and/or Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), management, internal resources and MEP providers.

The Day to Day:

  • Analyze various industry associations and/or PEOs, or other MEP opportunities.
  • Develop a MEP marketing strategy to build awareness amongst such associations and PEOs.
  • Make outbound contact with, and build relationships with key executives with various industry associations and PEOs.
  • Evaluate the unique needs of each industry association and PEOs in a consultative fashion, to gauge the likelihood of a productive MEP opportunity for that association.
  • Coordinate with management to evaluate new opportunities, to conduct due diligence, and to propose MEP solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and MEP providers to refine solutions.
  • Coordinate with industry associations and PEOs to execute agreements and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to ensure we provide sufficient value to industry associations on an ongoing basis and comply with any agreements.
  • Evaluate most productive MEP partnerships and solutions and help develop strategies to drive productive growth of similar opportunities.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 5 years of MEP sales experience.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience building partnerships.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience working with industry associations.
  • Experience building a work function or department.
  • Demonstrated experience in verbal and written business communication.

  • Are willing to place light outbound emails and phone calls to potential industry associations and PEOs.
  • Are organized and detail oriented to track opportunities efficiently.
