Payroll Systems Analyst (2019-7787)

Job Description


Are you excited by the idea of creating change? As a detail oriented innovator in a global payroll environment, you will learn current processes and drive automation for process improvements. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with change and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Administer payroll
  • Maintain multi-state payroll and tax compliance
  • Evaluate current payroll practices and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and ensure quality
  • Implement improvement strategies
  • Establish and maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes
  • Act as business partner with Finance and Human Capital
  • Work in a global payroll environment

Your Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and analytical communication and technical writing abilities
  • Flexibility and proficiency with technology including MS Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills with acute attention to detail
  • Payroll software experience preferred
