International Marketing Manager (2019-7959)

Job Description


You will manage a group of performance marketers who are responsible for generating high quality and cost-efficient lead flow for International Sales. While helping the team launch new campaigns, you will encourage your staff to meet organizational objections and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. As the International Marketing Manager, you will be heavily involved in our continued expansion globally and lead your team to implement our International Marketing strategy.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a team of marketers including development of the team and any performance coaching
  • Manage multimillion dollar budgets while securing a consistently high ROI
  • Optimize the media mix and ensure that the strongest offers and best creatives are used, while delivering on budget and meeting challenging goals
  • Manage a number of European vendors
  • Provide insight of marketing activities to senior management
  • Manage all phases of various projects from start to finish
  • Analyze and review display, search and PPC campaign results to make data driven decisions
  • Identify inefficiencies while working with stakeholders to improve processes and strategies
  • Collaborate and work alongside other professionals in the International Marketing Group, which currently operates in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, and the UK
  • Manage all phases of various projects from start to finish

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years marketing experience preferably in direct marketing, lead generation, acquisition or performance marketing
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of top performers
  • Strong track record of success in achieving (and exceeding) goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel
