Job Description

Overview

Global Marketing is the lead generation engine for the Private Client Group. The Data Ops team plays a critical part in the day to day operations of Global Marketing, helping all aspects of Global Marketing make key decisions, and assessing performance.

 

As a Marketing Data Operations Specialist, you will oversee the flow of data through the Marketing department, build and maintain reporting, and assist all marketers in ad hoc and long term analyses. You’ll learn to think abstractly and sharpen SQL, Access and Excel skills while collaborating closely inside and outside the team. You will work closely with all Marketing groups to support new initiatives and data projects.

 

Performance will be judged on ability to problem solve, deliver accurate and consistent data, and assist all other teams in Marketing.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Reporting for US and INTL Marketing
  • Build data infrastructure
  • Assist marketing with regulation changes, such as GDPR and CCPA compliance
  • Troubleshoot and assist operations as department duties change and develop
  • Understand the “how” and “why” of department data flow
  • Communicate clearly by distilling information down to non-technical audiences
  • Assist in the creation of new processes as regulations arise both internationally and domestically

Your Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manage projects
  • History of managing complexity
  • Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical insights to all levels of management
  • Attention to detail
  • SQL experience preferred
