The retirement plan space can be a complex and confusing market for small businesses and their participants to navigate – our mission is to work with small businesses to better their employee retirement plan needs.

In this role you’ll be primarily working out of our Camas, WA office, and will also be traveling to meet our clients on location. If you enjoy handling new and unique obstacles everyday then you’ll thrive in this high impact role.

The Opportunity:
As a 401(k) Solutions Client Service Associate, your time will be spent doing 3 primary things:

  • Operations – you’ll be responsible for handling the logistics of onboarding new clients
  • Customer Service – you’ll be helping our participants get enrolled in their plans and with any ongoing service needed
  • Projects – As the group continues to grow you’ll have the opportunity to support and spearhead side projects and new initiatives 

You don’t need 401(k) experience to be successful in this role. It’s great if you have it, but we have all the tools and resources to train you to be a subject matter expert.

The Day-To-Day:

  • Become an expert in 401(k) operations and FI’s unique service offering
  • Travel around the country to sit down, one-on-one, with participants to enroll them in their plan and educate them on saving for retirement
  • Utilize your Bilingual English and Spanish language to effectively connect with participants
  • Learn to deal with ambiguity and cultivate your leadership skills

Qualifications:

  • Billinguial in Spanish and English required
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish language – both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel
  • Flexibility and a will do attitude
  • Startup mentality
