The support you will provide includes computer and telecom incidents, desktop (hardware/software), third-party software/hardware applications, and home office configurations. We’ll rely on you to trouble-shoot, diagnose and resolve complex PC and network problems. Our employees work within Windows 7, and many utilize Citrix desktop environment—with so many interacting systems, the ability to identify patterns and investigate solutions is critical to this position’s success.

Past experience within an Enterprise Help Desk/Desktop Support environment will provide the required technical foundation, but individuals tend to excel here if they take time to absorb, understand, and then innovate within their current environment. They know the importance of customer satisfaction and can work cross-functionally, and consistently seek to be part of the solution; they don’t just fix things, but actually think through “why” and “how” surrounding issues.
