Online Marketing Manager (2019-8081)

Job Description


The Online Marketing Manager leads a team of Online Media Specialists who are responsible for generating high quality, cost-efficient leads for our sales team via internet marketing campaigns.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, and drive your team to meet their goals. Your primary responsibilities include providing Online Media Specialists with sufficient resources and skills to achieve campaign performance goals, analyze results, evaluate new strategies and technologies, and communicate performance to senior management.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a team of marketers including development talent and performance coaching conversations
  • Manage multimillion dollar budgets while securing a consistently high ROI
  • Optimize the media, offer and creative mix
  • Manage a number of external vendors
  • Provide insight of marketing performance to senior management
  • Analyze and review display, search and PPC campaign results to make data driven decisions

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years demonstrated track record of managing, developing, mentoring, and coaching a team of top performers
  • Demonstrated track record of using data to inform strategic decision-making and achieve business goals
  • Strong preference for performance marketing experience
  • A track record of success in achieving (and exceeding) goals
  • Robust interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel
