As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be tasked with monitoring the vital signs of our recruitment efforts and detailing the strategy our teams use to attract candidates. Common efforts can include partnering with leadership in key business units, facilitating ongoing alignment meetings, running intake meetings, training/mentoring of Talent Acquisition staff, and supporting unit workforce planning. At any moment the Talent Advisor should have the pulse on progress towards our goals and be prepared to pivot if necessary.
