Our International Marketing team is growing again, and we are seeking an International Online Specialist to assist with our growing Canadian presence. In this position, you will play a key role in developing and improving ongoing online marketing efforts in Canada.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Identify, recommend and implement ideas and improvements in a growing, fast paced business
  • Create and implement on-going testing plans for ad copy, landing pages, betas, etc.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to spot trends/shifts in the landscape and build actionable plans to improve performance and ROI
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management
  • Analyze and review previous campaign results and support future marketing campaigns
  • Manage all paid social media efforts for Canada, including ad creation and content posting to help reach our acquisition goals
  • Develop new relationships with external vendors and agencies in Canada, while collaborating with existing ones
  • Collaborate with and support an experienced marketing management team and Google team based in the US
  • Market through all major channels: mostly digital marketing but could also include direct mail, print, radio and DRTV as the market requires

Your Qualifications:

  • International Marketing experience or exposure
  • Digital marketing experience, preferably in direct marketing, lead generation, acquisition or performance marketing
  • We believe you will excel in this role if you are self-motivated, and know when to ask for help from your peers
  • You need to be a quick learner, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a detail-oriented mind set with strong organizational and time-management skills
