As a Graphic Designer in Employee Engagement you will be responsible for creating communication that impacts employees whether it’s an email, poster, a presentation, application UI or an internal marketing plan. In Engagement you will drive behavior across our organization, inspiring employees to do more, to challenge themselves and understand our firm’s culture and values. You’ll need the courage to try new things, fail miserably, dust yourself off and try all over again. Your creativity will be pushed beyond just design as you help drive creative strategy and create new approaches to delivering messages to our employees.
Your role will be to make the firm’s purpose, goals and culture relatable on a daily basis. You will be hands on in creating internal marketing materials, campaigns, presentations and firm wide communications. You’ll be expected to provide ideas for creative ways we can surprise and delight our global employees and we help strengthen their connection to the firm. You’ll also play a critical role in driving our content media strategy online to attract and recruit new employees from across the globe.
