The Opportunity:

Being a successful Compensation Analyst isn’t just about modeling plans; it requires the composure and understanding to discuss these complex models with any level of employee. You will take ownership in analyzing, maintaining, and potentially revising Fisher Investments’ compensation programs and processes. You will act as a resource, working alongside management to devise individual and group-wide plans. Be our compensation expert; give us the expertise and tools to be able to confidently attract and retain top talent and build more rewarding relationships with our employees.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Design reports and analyze compensation data for key projects and metrics
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of the firm’s compensation and bonus plans, bonus distribution and drafting of new plans
  • Assist managers with their ability to understand and communicate compensation plans
  • Assist in developing pay bands, communications, and training materials used by management
  • Communicate and present high quality data on compensation changes and enhancements
  • Handle data and compensation related documents securely and confidentially
  • Familiarity with Workday preferred but not required 

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills including advanced functions, pivot tables and macros
  • Proven strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • CCP preferred
