Overview

Our 401K Solutions division is growing and we need an Operations Analyst to help drive alignment between Marketing, Sales and Client Service. We’re looking for an analytical problem solver – someone who loves looking at a question from all angles and using data to find a solution.

The Opportunity:

The 401K Solutions team offers an opportunity for small and medium sized businesses to provide retirement benefits to their employees. In order to grow this segment of our business, we need someone to provide insights, support, analytics, forecasting, and change management to ensure that our business processes are designed to drive revenue and client experience. This is a detail oriented role geared towards driving continuous improvement.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Prepare, modify and maintain weekly and monthly management reporting on KPIs relevant to sales, and service
  • Contribute to high level analytics on team efficiency, and other ad-hoc analysis that guides a data-driven business strategy
  • Assist in the maintenance of the revenue generation tech stack, namely dialers and list management, and cloud based sales enablement tools
  • Configure & maintain Salesforce to satisfy business requirements (workflows, reports/dashboards, custom apps and objects)
  • Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying systems capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing additional requirements documentation
  • Identify project requirements by working with key stakeholders throughout sales, service and marketing
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Planning, Service and Sales to ensure smooth operation of the business

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a sales or operations analyst role
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms
