As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to drive success by building and implementing an effective sourcing and recruitment strategy for hiring top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.

 

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a foundational role in supporting our firm’s diverse businesses and be a part of the excitement in solidifying that foundation.

 

This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

 

The Day to Day:

  • Demonstrate a passion for the firm, which translates into representing and selling it in an appealing, accurate, and professional manner
  • Conduct competency based phone interviews to screen on qualifications and organizational and cultural fit
  • Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to identify and assess top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, database sourcing, networking, etc.
  • Uncover candidate motivations, qualifications and interests
  • Develop proactive, multi-faceted IT recruitment strategies for sourcing, attracting, and  engaging candidates
  • Focus on the candidate and customer relationship and work in a large-team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
  • Manage workload and set expectations based on data and metrics
  • Demonstrate good judgement and discretion

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of IT recruiting experience
  • Experience working on a variety of technology related positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
  • The ability to maneuver through ambiguity with the flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of proficiency with technology tools such as applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and assessment tools
  • Attention to detail and operational adherence
