Overview

Fisher Investments Europe (FIE) is a wealth manager offering portfolio management tailored to clients’ long-term goals. Client assets are held at recognised European custodians and managed by Fisher Investments in the United States.

 

The Opportunity:

FIE is searching for an experienced Human Resources professional with benefits experience to join its Human Resources Team as an Analyst specialising in Employee Benefits. 

 

As a member of Human Resources team you will be instrumental to the success of supporting our internal clients across all International expansion. Use your creativity, drive and passion to maintain and enhance current Employee Benefit and Services offerings.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Be a subject matter expert in Employee Benefits for the UK and expansion countries.
  • Supporting ongoing and annual benefits reviews including participating in communication and reviews.
  • Planning and implementing new benefits plans in both the UK and expansion countries.
  • Work with external vendors and act as a main point of contact for employees across all International offices.

  • Assist with day to day benefit reporting and administration.
  • Creating presentations on various HR related items.
  • Develop and administering human resource policies, procedures and forms.
  • Utilise technology to continue to provide improve efficiencies and provide effective communication to employees about Benefits and Services.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Human Resources benefits related role.
  • Proven track record of success rolling out new benefits plans while providing relevant training and communication to the business.
  • Be a confident speaker who can address various levels of management with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to plan and lead projects from start to finish.
  • Capable of prioritising multiple ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Have good judgement and discretion and can be a trusted business partner.
