The Opportunity:

As a Corporate L&D Program Manager, you will use your passion for Human Capital development to champion the execution of our L&D strategy. You will use your strategic thinking skills to take independent action on new and unique aspects of departmental support, while also planning, finalizing, and executing projects. We’re looking for someone who has stellar communication skills with the courage to communicate with all levels of the business.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Create, identify, organize, and execute training and development curriculum for all employees
  • Assess Learning and Development needs across the firm
  • Apply L&D best practices to create and improve training initiatives and projects
  • Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Work independently, with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), L&D colleagues and others to design, develop and deliver training solutions
  • Use data to measure impact of current offerings, in order to create or revise learning tools and resources
  • Review training evaluations, communicate results, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Instill trust in business leaders by building a strong understanding of Fisher culture and history

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Learning and Development experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to manage complexity
  • Strong logistical planning and organizational skills
  • Quick and nimble learning – the ability to pick up new concepts and technology quickly
  • A strong desire to impact the employee experience
  • Public speaking skills are a plus
