Overview

It's an exciting time to join our 401K Solutions Group as a Business Analyst! This rapidly growing group is in need of a new key contributor to help document and improve current process, conduct fact-driven analysis, and solve problems facing our business.

The Opportunity:

The 401K Solutions Group is seeking a Business Analyst to help drive measurable business process improvements aligned with our objectives. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the business and the development team, working cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, streamline key processes, proactively identify and measure areas for improvement, and propose and validate new solutions that help the group now and as they scale with an eye towards the future.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Document and analyze key business needs, including identifying time-consuming internal processes and helping build scalable solutions to support the department's growth
  • Create complex process flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate business or system process flow
  • Develop a gap analysis and roadmap to illustrate and differentiate current and future state
  • Scope, analyze, and help determine a methodology for prioritizing technology needs and system enhancements
  • Ensure the proposed process changes and/or technology solutions meet the needs of the business
  • Help coordinate and perform in-depth system tests for new and modified processes
  • Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications to the group to ensure solutions are understood
  • Professional certifications preferred, such as; International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of business analyst work
  • Ability to utilize business Analysis tools, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Visio and Project
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and the surrounding ecosystem is a plus
  • Ability to understand, translate and communicate technical and complex ideas and situations to a wide variety of audiences
