Our 401(k) Solutions Team is looking for a Sales Operations Manager. As a team leader you will be a part of the 401(k) Team growth story by developing a sales operations team that supports increasing sales and improving client experience. This is an opportunity to use your B2B experience to bring to market a first class service for small to mid-size businesses (SMB).

The Opportunity:


Fisher Investment’s 401(k) Solutions team brings superior retirement plan services to small and mid-sized businesses and their employees. Our Sales Operations Manager will manage the sales operations team to ensure revenue and division growth goals. This is a people manager role for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work side by side with the team.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Drive sales KPIs, utilizing weekly and monthly reporting
  • Hire, manage and motivate a growing team which will include program managers, analysts, and sales support staff
  • Oversee key initiatives including sales reporting and analysis, data syndication strategy, sales operation technology, lead allocation, territory management, call campaigns, test methodologies, sales enablement efforts, sequence and pipeline management, sales process improvements, and field sales support
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Planning, Service, and Sales to ensure smooth operation of the business

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a sales operations analyst or management role
  • Experience in small to mid-sized business (SMB) Sales Operations strongly preferred, specializing in account based B2B
  • Experience with cloud based systems (Salesforce), business intelligence tools (Tableau and DOMO) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft, Hoopla and Outreach)
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
