The Opportunity:


Fisher Investments 401(k) Solutions is dedicated to bringing superior retirement plan services to small and mid-sized businesses and their employees. Fisher's unique service offering is built on 35+ years of successful wealth management experience and includes our flexible investing platform. Our 401(k) VP of RevOps will launch and oversee strategic initiatives to support a growing team. You will oversee people, process, systems, and data flows required to drive continued revenue growth. Additionally, you’ll build and maintain a positive culture including high morale and collaborative working relationships with sales, marketing, customer success, and other business units.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Coordinate with Sr. EVP and business planning team to determine overall business unit priorities, resources, goals, plans, and budgets
  • Hire, actively manage, motivate, develop, and retain RevOps staff needed to meet business objectives
  • Ensure clear communication regarding RevOps activities that impact the end to end client experience
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales and client service management to determine priorities and oversee staff efforts to translate needs into action plans for improved processes, systems, technology, business insights, and training
  • Lead strategy for improvements among various systems, including data platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and other sales enablement tools to maximize business productivity
  • Utilize firm systems to produce KPI and ROI reporting for various marketing and sales, and client service efforts, and ensure those reports are fair, accurate and appropriately communicated to Sr. EVP and relevant VPs
  • Oversee data governance and data integrity efforts to support improved conversion rates through the sales pipeline and into customer success

Your Qualifications:

  • 5 years of B2B operational experience manager marketing and/or sales revenue operations
  • 5 years of experience administering Marketing Automation, CRM, and sales enablement tools
  • 5 years managing a team in a high growth environment
  • Background working with small to medium sized businesses (SMB) strongly preferred
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industry a plus
