This is an opportunity to own a targeted area of focus within our enterprise process management program.

 

The Opportunity:

 

Fisher Investments is looking for a Program Manager for Business Process Optimization. You will be responsible for helping assess needs across targeted areas of the enterprise, re-engineering processes and events impacting the efficient running of the enterprise and creating business operational metrics. Your process improvement, problem solving and expertise in lean methodologies will be a key contributor to driving overall firm success.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversees aspects of the enterprise process management program for their targeted area of focus
  • Drives measurable process creation and improvements in the target business area
  • Effectively communicates and gains agreement with senior stakeholders and key business partners to align project priorities with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manages concurrent projects and delivers educational programs to establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
  • Responsible for making contributions as part of the team responsible for effectively implementing business process management practices throughout the enterprise

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering business process change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience at working both in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and working independently
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Resilient and can react to adjustments and alterations in projects and program promptly and efficiently
  • Familiarity with development of KPIs, analyzing business problems for root causes and the application of process optimization tools and methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, LSS) to solve business operational issues and create scalable service processes
  • Prefer some exposure to Business Process Management tools (e.g. Appian, Pega) and methods (e.g. BPMN 2)
  • Strong familiarity with change management and creative independent problem solving
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; active user of Visio or other process mapping software
