The Opportunity:

 

You will run our 360° Feedback Program for leaders. The program gives leaders the opportunity to get feedback and try out new skills, without being tied to performance or bonus programs. Participants receive anonymous and constructive feedback from peers, direct reports, their manager and others on Fisher specific leadership competencies. Your coaching skills will be focused on one-time debriefs facilitating and delivering feedback to participants. You’ll keep track of the process, facilitate reviews and make people aware of existing resources surrounding development feedback.  

 

The Day-to-Day:

 

As 360° Feedback Program Manager you will manage the 360° review program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting business requirements. This includes:

  • Identify participants and guide them through the process every 18 to 24 months
  • Conduct feedback sessions to help participants interpret the results and prepare for a development discussion with their manager
  • Monitoring rater fatigue and other program metrics
  • Sending all program communications
  • Maintaining program metrics, reporting and evaluation
  • Recommending future strategic improvements

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Establish credibility, easily instilling trust in those you work with
  • Coaching communication skills: open questioning, reflective listening, etc
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence in being able to read body language, self regulate, cultivate trust, and reflect empathy
  • Highly organized, able to manage a firm-wide program with lots of moving parts
  • Perform data analysis and report findings to executive levels
