Join us in growing a new, service-oriented 401(k) solution. As a Retirement Counselor, you will own the service relationship—acting as the point person for the client’s team and its employees, helping them improve plan health year over year.


The Day-To-Day:


You will impact lives

You will play a key part in helping educate hardworking people across the country better prepare for retirement. Our unique platform specifically caters to smaller plans (50+ employees) making it really easy for the average American worker to find a solution for their investment needs—to reach their retirement goals. You can believe in the service you provide because you won’t be selling mutual funds or products, you’ll be providing financial solutions based on employee goals, representing a transparent 3(38) fiduciary.  


You will be supported

You won’t need to spend your time cold-calling prospective clients and you will not be making investment decisions.  We have a specialized structure throughout our firm—you’ll focus on building the relationship with your clients.  This includes onboarding participants, building up employee participation, educating participants to reach their retirement goals, and building trust with the clients to encourage plan retention.
