Job Description


The Website Specialist is a key role in Fisher Investments’ Corporate Communications department focused on publishing, managing and optimizing content within the firm’s Web Content Management System (WCMS). You will work closely with management to oversee website content, aid search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, improve user experience and help maximize the digital marketing acquisition process. You will be part of a team that will build and manage digital content across our web properties to support goals for multiple departments within the firm.


You will work in an energetic environment with enthusiastic subject matter experts to bring the ‘puzzle pieces’ of content together into digital experiences. The Day-to-Day:


  • Drive development and implementation of global web content and creative to directly impact SEO and marketing metrics and performance
  • Manage and publish content within our Sitecore CMS, and coordinating across disciplines and groups to execute on key initiatives, including Marketing, IT and Analytics
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform the development of high-performing lead generation marketing campaigns
  • Execute A|B tests and personalization campaigns
  • Prioritize and manage resources in order to execute on a broad array of web projects
  • Ensure content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice and optimized for user experience
  • Manage content publishing within structured workflow, maximizing quality of page content, display, links and metatags
  • Create QA guidelines and process documentation to maximize quality and integrity of content
  • Work closely with different department teams to deliver digital experiences tailored to their respective needs, goals and geographic markets

Your Qualifications:


  • 1+ years demonstrated CMS experience (Sitecore preferred)
  • Basic HTML/CSS for purposes of manipulating visual presentations and styles required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate priorities and updates to management
  • Focus on using data to inform marketing decisions
  • UX, JavaScript or design skills a plus
