The Opportunity:


This is your opportunity to form long lasting relationships with clients that we help every day. Our proficient CSAs positively impact our clients by managing all the operational aspects of our firm’s relationship with them. You will coordinate client requests by collaborating with multiple internal departments, including portfolio management, sales, service, and more. This role will serve as a launching point for your career; the training we provide will prepare you for success in this role as well as future opportunities at the firm. You will learn and develop skill sets that will provide a strong foundation throughout your entire career.     


The Day-to-Day:

  • Act as a liaison between high-net-worth clients and our top custodians
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients for all documentation and transfer processes
  • Be mentored by an experienced Client Services Associate throughout your time in this position
  • Innovate and find efficient solutions to everyday operational needs
  • Coordinate with clients and custodians to fulfill operational responsibilities and to resolve documentation and transfer issues
  • Establish strong relationships with our clients through phone and email

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Commitment to advanced attention to detail while maintaining a high sense of urgency
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Interpersonal savvy with refined written and verbal communication skills
