The Opportunity:


As a Corporate Recruiter, you will become well-versed in what makes a candidate a cultural add to Fisher and drive business results by attracting top-tier talent. It is your job to ensure we hire the best of the best!


The Day-to-Day:


  • Own the candidate experience, from their first interaction with Fisher to the offer stage
  • Conduct several competency based phone interviews per day and evaluate candidates for a variety of associate level openings
  • Act as an advocate for candidates to internal management teams
  • Maintain strong operations with candidate evaluation notes, various interview processes and internal Talent Acquisition processes
  • Collaborate with a team of recruiters to manage, prioritize and fill roles against quarterly timelines while meeting hiring goals
  • Find creative ways of sourcing, attracting, and/or assessing talent

 Your Qualifications:


  • 1+ year of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience working on a variety of positions in different departments or business units
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
  • Ability to maneuver through ambiguity with flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
