The Opportunity:

As the Digital Workplace Operations Engineer you will be involved in the daily support and management of Fisher Investment’s End-user computing (EUC) environment. You will report to a Team Leader and work with Digital Workplace Operations Engineers and the Service Desk to ensure the EUC environment is secured and maintained.

The Day-to-Day:

• Using scripting and automation, ensure the End-user computing (EUC) Environment is configured and secured
• Work with Application Development, Infrastructure Engineering and other teams on constructing deployments of new application and solutions
• Maintain Fisher Investment EUC environment to ensure it is up-to-date, managing out technical debt
• Stage, test and deploy monthly patches to end-user devices
• Work with Information Security to implement security controls and standards
• Help manage existing application (re)deployments and updates
• Work and resolve incidents and request tickets for existing applications

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in technical operations engineer capacity
• Expert proficiency with PowerShell including creating complex deployment scripts
• In-depth/Expert understanding of SCCM - must understand collections, applications, deployments
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory & Group Policy Objects
• In-depth experience with command line applications / application switches
• Comfortable in reading/understanding technical documentation
