Overview

Do you enjoy making a positive impact through data? Our Institutional team is looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to take the lead on developing complex materials and resources for sales and service. You will process large amounts of real-time data to help the acquisition and retention of clients. If you have experience designing and maintaining data platforms and reports, apply today!

 

The Opportunity:

 

As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will maintain scalable infrastructure and platforms to collect large amounts of data. Your experience will help identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions. You will run the essential reporting process and the coordination of data analysis across team members. Your experience will also deepen the team through informal mentoring and development of associates.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Develop and produce quantitative reporting on firm and strategy information
  • Monitor data integrity by consulting with users and through performing data operations
  • Support and improve upon existing operational reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with business teams and Technology department on data modeling and engineering initiatives.
  • Analyze data to find trends and patterns to help shape strategy, reduce unnecessary costs, increase Return on investment and promote better decisions
  • Conduct ad-hoc research analysis and mentoring associates on their team

Your Qualifications:

  • Explain a relational databases – RDBMS
  • SQL common table expressions, View definition
  • Data Visualization (Data Analyst and Technical Analyst)
  • Knowledgeable in RDBMS concepts
  • Intermediate SQL skills (ANSI, TRANSACT preferred)
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills; including VBA and macro automation
  • Experience with SFDC Reporting, Tableau, or other BI tools
