Our Enterprise Risk Management team is looking for an ERM professional to support us in maturing our risk management practices. Your experience with enterprise-wide risk frameworks will inform decisions across our firm. You will contribute to an ERM program that supports us in navigating the wide range of risks many companies face and help us better manage our risk posture.

The Opportunity:

You will work with the ERM Group Vice President to refine and mature our group’s operating model and capabilities while working with senior leadership in a development, advisory and ongoing risk management role. You will partner with the business to help oversee the identification, mitigation and management of risk, and be an expert to provide guidance on risk topics, while reporting to a team leader who will provide on-the-job training.

The Day-to-Day:

• Work with the business to socialize risk concepts and promote the organizations’ risk culture, including training
• Build positive and collaborative working relationships with business leaders
• Engage appropriate partners in enhancing internal processes and capabilities and advocating for continuous improvement relative to managing enterprise risks
• Implement and mature new enterprise risk management processes, reporting and deliverables to enhance our understanding of risks facing our business
• Prepare and provide well-reasoned analyses while recommending solutions, identifying control gaps, and working through potential issues
• Report, and provide insights on program effectiveness

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk, including development of processes
• Experience with risk management concepts and practices, with experience standing up risk governance
• Experience with relationship management across business departments
• Experience identifying areas for improvement
