Overview

Do you want to be a part of the formation of a specialized customer outreach team? Your background in outbound calling and customer success will help us multiply the growth of our 401(k) Solutions Group, positively affecting the financial future of thousands of Americans!

 

The Opportunity:

 

As the Participant Engagement Manager at Fisher Investments, you will oversee a team focused on engaging and enrolling plan participants of our clients. You will train and support direct reports whose mission is to help our clients and their employees understand their retirement plan and ensure they are saving enough for their future. This participant engagement is a unique service of the Fisher Investments 401(k) Solutions Platform, one that separates us from other Advisors. You will report to the VP of 401(k) Solutions Services who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent phone-based call campaigns
  • Schedule and capacity management of traveling employees
  • Train and monitor direct reports
  • Ensure day-to-day business support needs are met
  • Client Experience ad-hoc call campaigns, messaging & cadence tests
  • Manage continuous testing and development of new role specializations
  • Act as a player-coach

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a sales/service call center
  • Willingness to travel once a month
  • Spanish language skills preferred
