The Opportunity:


The Identity & Access Management Team Lead is a member of the Information Security Identity Access & Management team, reporting to Information Security Associate Vice President.


The Team Lead will have broad knowledge in the use of information security tools (e.g. access management software, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, Exchange, Group Policy Management, case tracking systems) and have leadership experience deploying new security principles. You need to enjoy a high growth and tight knit team environment where input is valued and success is rewarded.


This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity. 


The Day-to-Day:


IAM Team is composed of three areas (Operations, Analysis and Development), each with a manager that reports to the Identity & Access Management Team Leader.


You will oversee these teams and:

  • Identity & Access Management across our on premise and Cloud environment. This includes defining and driving risk reduction practices in a scalable manner, working with all levels of Fisher Investments on access related items, problem escalation/resolution, people development and much more
  • Lead a tight knit team made up of IAM operations, analyst and development professionals
  • Represent the Information Security departments policies, procedures and vision across the Firm
  • Coordinate hiring with InfoSec departmental management

Your Qualifications:

  • 5 years (minimum) experience in the field of identity and access management
  • If total operational identity and access management experience is less than 5 years, 5+ years in an area of information technology in at least one of the following areas: risk management, systems administration, application support, or application engineering
  • 3 years (minimum) experience in the field of management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology or related field
  • Demonstrate risk assessment and mitigation expertise in IT or IS
  • Technical experience in the following: Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy maintenance, identity access systems.
