Overview

As an Operations Associate you will support the launch and development of Fisher Investments in Australia and quickly build your brand and network across the firm. You will manage operations locally across many different functions to provide unparalleled service while working with managers to mitigate risks to the business and our clients. Our collaborative team will challenge you to grow and help build the foundation to launch your lifelong career with Fisher Investments.

The broad scope of this role provides an excellent platform for those that hope to build scalable skills in financial services. You will report directly to your Client Service and Sales Support Manager who will aid in your professional development.

Day-to-Day:

• Work with employees and managers across all departments to manage communication with prospects and clients
• Lead operational processes locally to support portfolio management and client servicing functions
• Learn and stay up-to-date with national and international regulatory requirements; Work with managers to recognize and mitigate risk
• Help senior management understand client sentiment through regular review and reporting on client communication
• As the group continues to grow, you will lead projects to create efficiencies and build infrastructure for Fisher Investments Australia's expansion

Your Qualifications:

• A University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience in an operational or back-office capacity (experience within asset/wealth management industry beneficial)
• Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline
• Project management experience and capacity to prioritize based on priority
• You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
