The Global Human Capital Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) team at Fisher Investments knows the value of quality education and professional development. We are dedicated to building programs that provide employees with the training they need to be successful in their work. We are excited to announce continuing growth on our team: We are looking for someone with experience overseeing and implementing training programs to become our next Corporate L&D Specialist!


The Opportunity:


As a Learning and Development Specialist at Fisher Investments, you will work with key managers and employees to help design, organize, and execute major training initiatives. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will receive initial training on educational best practices and ongoing support from experienced Learning and Development professionals. In this position, you will pioneer the way we invest in Human Capital and leave a long-lasting impact on our firm.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Act as a point of contact for the corporate curricula
  • Use adult learning principles for instructional design
  • Handle scheduling and logistics
  • Become an expert in the Learning Management System functions and expand our use of the system

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Corporate Learning and Development
  • Writing experience, with the ability to structure and develop content
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic Instructional Design
  • Articulate or other authoring tool knowledge
  • You are engaging and can partner with employees at all levels of the firm
