Look to combine your financial services experience with your passion for B2B sales in the Fisher Investments' 401(k) Solutions Group Business Development Executive opportunity. You will focus on small and mid-sized retirement plans. Join our privately held multi-billion dollar global investment firm to continue our search of being better, but putting our clients first. The Opportunity:

 

This is an opportunity to accelerate your career while building the 401(k) Solutions group. You will report to the Business Development Executive Team Lead who will make sure you experience career development, sales training and team building. Help thousands retire comfortably through 401(k), Profit Sharing, Cash and DB plans while increasing your personal earnings.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Engage with company executives, owners and 401k plan sponsors to coordinate consultations with Retirement Plan Consultants
  • Manage prospect pipeline
  • Work campaigns to increase awareness and credibility with prospects
  • Build your sales skills and financial services knowledge

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience with high phone/in-person sales activity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
