Overview

The Opportunity:

 

Working as the Institutional Client Operations Analyst, you will engage with our internal Service Relationship Managers, institutional clients and consultants, international custodians, and internal groups to provide operational excellence on advanced and complex requests. In addition to servicing our global client base, you will work closely with the Operations team leader to effectively manage daily workflow for associates to drive business results.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Execute and collaborate across the department to improve team, department and internal client processes and to service our clients at a higher level
  • Communicate detailed institutional investor account information to other departments, including reporting to senior members of the firm; able to comprehend complex topics and distill information clearly (both verbal and visual)
  • Manage non-trading clients operational needs and oversee the daily operational workflow
  • Identify critical pieces of information in client situations, negotiate and push back (internally and externally) to quickly resolve complex client issues
  • Opportunity to work on higher-level institutional projects adding value across the department

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of experience in operations related roles
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs
