The Opportunity:

 

As a Recruiting Operations Associate you will support the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams with your operational skills to ensure processes are functioning correctly and our candidates are receiving a positive experience. You'll grow your knowledge of recruiting process and operations, work with external partners and internal teams, and think creatively to help solve operational challenges. You will report to the Group Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Brand, but also receive support from other managers and employees in operational roles within the group.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Complete operational tasks necessary to support the responsibilities of the group, ensuring candidates are moving through our recruiting processes
  • Manage Agency vendor relationships and processes, with opportunity to create efficiencies in the channel
  • Help support other important recruiting channels, like Employee Referrals, through reporting and program messaging
  • Learn about new technologies and trends to improve existing processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions and updates until resolved

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in an operations-based or Talent Acquisition role (experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus)
  • A focus on maintaining quality of work while coordinating across many teams under strict timelines
  • A desire to serve internal partners through improving processes and troubleshooting issues
  • A passion for ongoing learning, which you use to manage projects and support programs
