Overview

Are you ready to mature customer success technology operations for a growing division? Your background in scaling customer success technology operations will help us sustain the growth of our 401k Solutions Team, which is changing the way everyday Americans can retire with dignity.

 

The Opportunity:

 

As the Customer Success Operations Manager at Fisher Investments, your role will be a trusted partner to the 401k executive team. Your experience with a high-growth B2B environment will provide technical strategy, organizational efficiency, and operations execution for our Services and CX Team. You will manage matrixed change strategies and build a plan. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Define and build roles and staffing plans for the CX Technology Operations team.
  • Collaborate on the roadmap and implementation of CX technologies
  • Ensure all technology solutions provide long-term scalability while ensuring interoperability and compliance
  • Ensure our Services and Client Experience teams achieve our goals
  • Develop outstanding functional reporting and analysis that is embedded into the everyday Service work processes
  • Establish a systems architecture, road map, and rationalization plan for all the systems, tools and processes deployed across Service and CX teams
  • Build and maintain important company partner relationships

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years relevant or related customer success technology operations experience
  • Success leading technology transformation projects and change management
  • Experience in a fast-growing B2B business or B2B SaaS business model
  • Understanding of industry-related Customer Success and Client Experience operations, technologies and trends
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
